At present, Greenlight is in-network with Duke Student Insurance and is considered out-of-network with all other insurance networks. As Greenlight does not accept other insurance providers, we can offer a monthly Superbill to be submitted for reimbursement to your insurance company upon request if you choose to utilize the private pay option for therapy services.

Please, check directly with your insurance company before coming as utilizing a monthly session statement is dependent on a client's individual insurance plan. It would be the client's responsibility to submit out-of-network reimbursements.
Understanding Your Benefits
Some insurance companies can reimburse the client a portion of each session using a monthly statement (or Superbill) provided by the therapist. Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance company to determine your coverage and out-of-network benefits using a Superbill:​
